My client, Mr. Denicio Richardson, has taken notice of an article dated December 31, 2012, published on the website SMN-news.com with the title "Director of PSS Suspended by Supervisory Board"
My client can confirm that he has been suspended by the Supervisory Board of PSS. My client emphasizes that he holds the opinion that he at all times has acted within his authorities and responsibilities as statutory director of PSS. In the interest of PSS and its dedicated staff, my client will not comment to the lightly taken measure of suspension. My client will use all available legal means to have the suspension rectified/lifted as soon as possible.
