On Monday evening October 31st 2011 at approximately 06.30 p.m. the 0-tolerance Team under the instructions of the Acting Chief of Police Carl John and Inspector Bloeiman arrested the escaped convict Anthony R. Spencer on Quilletor Drive in Dutch Quarter.
Spencer escaped from the Point Blanche Prison on Sunday October 30th at approximately 05.30 a.m. Spencer resisted heavily against his arrest. He put down hard by the arresting officers in order to break this resistance. As a result he sustained injuries and had to be transported by ambulance to the medical center for treatment.
