St. Martin Pony League intervened in getting player Jean Antonio Samer to play ball in France.

Ever since their trip to attend the Rouen 2010 Baseball Open in Rouen ,France the St. Martin Pony League has established contact and became the contact organization for the French Baseball Federation and many other European Baseball teams. During this tournament many of the St. Martin players caught the eyes of many French team managers. Among the many players that caught the attention was Jean Antonio Samer who played for the St. Martin Pony League in the Dutch Quarter Indians team. He then played double A baseball for the Mets and moved to the Stars. The St. Martin Pony League has intervened in getting Jean Antonio Samer to play on the Senart Templier team of Paris. Jean is expected to play the entire season in France. Jean Antonio Samer is the third player that the St. Martin Pony League intervened in getting them to play ball on French baseball teams. The other two are Felix Brown and Luis de la Rosa while Felix Antonio has been selected to play for the National 21 and under selection and will be the next player to travel to France together with David van Heyningen.
