Honourable President of Parliament Drs. Gracita Arrindell, announced on Wednesday that a condolence book will be opened in the honour of the late former Island Council member and Commissioner Hon. Edgar Lynch.
The condolence book will be available at the Government Administration Building reception area for public signing/personal messages from Thursday, March 31 at 10.00am.
