Innovative Marketing Creations conducted market research on behalf of Windward Island Bank at the entrance of Le Grand Marche on Bush Road last Saturday, during the hours of 9:00AM to 1:00PM.

WIB branded marketing tools and flag banner were set up, where 5 members of IMC Team attracted various individuals to partake in the WIB public impression survey. The goal of the research is to garner feedback from WIB’s clients/non-clients on areas such as: WIB’s customer service, online banking, range of products, among other criteria, to get a better understanding of WIB’s services, customer satisfaction, client profile and banking culture.

Respondents received participation compensations for partaking in the market research, and were able to choose from WIB key chains, lanyards, pens, and mini measuring tapes.

"The findings of the market research will assist WIB to adapt their products and services to better fulfill the wants and needs of WIB customers, as well as generate potential clients, particularly during tepid economic times" says IMC GM Jacqueline Louis.

WIB contracted IMC as an independent consulting agency in July 2010 to conduct market research during which public impression surveys were conducted in various districts on the island specifically targeted. This is to maximize the response number and to ensure that a diverse range of people were surveyed, thereby ensuring optimal participation.

IMC urges the public to partake in the market research to amplify the results which in turn will benefit WIB’s clients and the community which it serves.

The WIB online survey is available on IMC’s website and via IMC’s Facebook page . The online survey will be open to the public until the end of the month.
