On July 12th 2010, the Democratic Party sent in a letter to the Chairman of the Island Council, to request an Island Council Meeting to discuss the recent statement from Mr.Xavier Blackman on the missing funds with a total of Fls 13 million, in connection with the Turn over taxes from the period of 2005 – 2009.
