Signing of the Protocol for the Justice Coperation to attack the youth community on St.Maarten, took place on Wednesday May 26th 2010.
Present at the signing were Lt.Governor Mr.Franklyn Richards, Leader of Government Mr.William Marlin and Chief Commissioner of Police Mr.Adamar Doran were among other important witnesses and signees for the contract.
Mr.William Marlin, during his speech expressed how pleased he was to have learned of this new initiative to have taken place for St.Maarten.
Mr.Doran gave a brief look back at how procedures were done before the protocol was brought into fruitation and how things will be done now that the protocol in is order.
Mr.Richards gave a look into what the protocol has to offer to the community of St.Maarten.
