This TRACK event was organized by Avinir Sportief. Thank you goes out toMr. Patrick Trival for inviting the Lab sports Academy.
This event was held on the French side of the Island, at the Alberic Stadium in Sandy groud.
The Lab Sports Academy took part with 12 athletes.
The Group was very successful.
The following athletes came away with many Trophies and some medals.
1. Rachel Casimir took 2nd in the 100 meters.
2. Malisca Daal took second overall in the 50 meters sprint.
3. Tristen Williams & Jollie Williams both took 1st place in the 50 Meters in the age group Eight and under.
4. Ashanty Hodge took 1st Place in the Under 10 girls.
5. Ejomar Shillingford took a medal in the 50 Meters Under 6 years old.
6. Shantal Hughes took 3rd place and received a throfee.
7. Edwin Ruan was the star of the Boys Under 15, the rest of the field had to eat his dust, he was exceptional.
8. Sylvin Maturin took silver trophie in the 1000 meter.
Whats next is that Anguilla will be organizing the Leeward Island Championships.
On the 23rd & 24th The Lab Sports Academy & the Dynamics track Club will try and field a team to take part in this event.
This event will be hosted by Anguilla for the Under 15 – Under 13 – and the under 10 Athletes.
