St. Eustatius– The island immigration Department has been enriched with 7 new members who have successfully completed the immigration training. The community of Statia looks proudly at these young people who made their dreams a reality.
We hope that they serve their community with pride and loyalty. Their knowledge, integrity and attitudes should help them to upkeep the respect of the office and position they hold. The Head of the Police Mr. Gerald Berkel was introduced to the seven new officers. The new officers will do on the job training on St. Eustatius. We hope that this group of seven can
be a role models for other women and men in the community who wish to take up this line of work.
At school many of these young women and men learned that the sky is the limit, so we hope that once they are set into their new functions they look for new challenges to grow within their field of work by taking every possible training for betterment of oneself.
