TelEm Group’s Marketing and Sales department went all-out to make the evening a night to remember.

They were joined by scores of VIPs, among them government and business officials many wearing the signature Get I.T. Blackberry© t-shirts – part of the dress code for the night.

"I want to thank all the staff for doing a fantastic job and all of our guests for getting into the Blackberry© spirit for the night," said Chief Commercial Officer (CFO), Brian Mingo.

"Everyone had fun, the live performances were well received and all the guests appreciated the extra effort that was made on their behalf," said Mr. Mingo, who was also joined by TelEm Group’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Helma Etnel, and Chief Technical Officer (CTO) Eldert Louisa.

The three C’s are pleased with public reception for the BlackberryÓ Service Powered by TelCell.

"Our customers have had to wait for the product, but we think their wait has been worthwhile because they can boast of having the fastest Blackberry© experience on the island, and in the case of pre-paid customers, no contractual obligations," continued Mr. Mingo.

He said the flexible options for new Blackberry© customers to buy into a one day, one week or one month plan has also turned out to be very popular and welcomed by consumers who want to budget their spending.

"All in all we are very pleased with the product and now that we have had our official launch our customers can expect us to continue to live to our motto "when you want more," said the Chief Commercial Officer.
