EU-TEL and IMC to launch “MY EU-TEL Elementary School Creative Logo Competition”

In efforts of recreating, remodeling and modernizing EU-TEL’s brand, image and services, EU-TEL along with Innovative Marketing Creations the "My EU-TEL Elementary School Creative Logo Competition starting March 23rd.

The competition is a segment of the many promotions, events, and activities EU-TEL has in planning for their complete rebirth.

IMC General Marketing Manager, Jacqueline Louis stated "My EU-TEL Elementary School Creative Logo Competition is a contest that will stimulate creativity in all elementary school pupils. The purpose of the competition is to create a new logo for EU-TEL’s youth focused campaigns with the involvement of young and creative school children who will deliver fresh, innovative and artistic logo ideas and add their personal touch to the EU-TEL rebranding initiatives.

IMC will be meeting with all the elementary schools of St. Eustatius during this week to inform students of the competition, its rules and regulations and the great prizes to be won.

Every elementary school will receive competition packages containing the guidelines and essentials necessary for participation. Participating classes will range from 1st grade to 6th grade. Students must create a clear picture of how they would like to see EU-TEL’s logo. Along with the logo, kids are allowed to provide a fitting slogan or brief essay describing their drawing.

Final drawings will be judged by a panel comprised of EU-TEL Management & IMC. The winning drawing along with its school and student will b announced and awarded during EU-TELS May Madness Telecommunications event in May.

The winning school will be awarded a grand prize and the student will be awarded with a prize as well as a trophy prize/medallion.

Furthermore, the winning logo will be developed into a huge poster and will be featured in the EU-TEL store with the signature and name of the winning contestant.
