The Minister of Justice Miss Magaly Jacoba, hereby informs with regards to the previous press release sent, would like to participate the following.
For all clarity the Minister of Justice would like to emphasize that she will not be prolonging extension for the registration of the Brooks Tower project. On request of the Island Government of Sint Maarten a decision was made for all undocumented person who entered the Netherlands Antilles before 2001 who believe that they are a special case they will have the opportunity to deliver a letter together with required documentation to the working group explaining them their specific situation. The Letter can be deliver untill February 28, 2010. The working group will decide if the petitioner will qualify for a temporary Brooks Tower permit.
