Soon to open Princess Country Club and Port De Plaisance Resort partner with St. Maarten SuperHost to deliver 5-star service

Princess Port De Plaisance Resort, in preparation for the launch of their new Country Club has entrusted St. Maarten SuperHost with providing the certified tourism customer service training program to their employees.

This multi-disciplinary group ranges from front-desk attendants to receptionists and spa attendants of the hotel and eminent country club. The St. Maarten SuperHost training sessions were conducted over a 3-day period, onsite at Princess Port de Plaisance by certified facilitators, Gloria Carter and Valda Hazel. Through this effort, SuperHost aims to empower employees to be service-centered ambassadors at every point of contact throughout the Princess Port De Plaisance Country Club, and at Port De Plaisance’s Front Desk.

Mrs. Katsiaryna Ozkan, proprietor of the new country club is confident that "the new country club will be a major addition to the resort as well as the island’s amenities by providing state of the art spa, sports and gym facilities as well as many other exciting features. Through the St. Maarten SuperHost training program, we aim is to ensure that we build and motivate a professional work force that meets the demands of our various local and visiting guests."
