The Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions, on Tuesday January 12th 2010, met to inform media representatives of their preparation for the upcoming convention to be held on St.Maarten from June 26th to June 30th 2010.
This will be their 53rd Annual International convention & 39th Annual General Meeting, where Sonesta Maho Beach Resort & Casino will be hosting this years event. Each year a different island hosts the Convention, last year it was held in The Dominican Republic during which St.Maarten was chosen to be this year’s venue.
Present during the informational meet and greet on Tuesday were the Director of CCCU who is based in St.Kitts & Nevis, Mr.Sydney Newton & the Convention’s Co-ordinator who is based in Trinidad & Tobago Ms.Michelle Gellineau.
