On Thursday December 3rd 2009, Secretary- General of CARICOM,His Excellency Edwin W. Carrington & Mareesha A. Stephens Research & Protocol Officer, (office of the Secretary General), were welcomed by Mr. Glen Carty-President of the SXM Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Mr.Ludwig A. Quenniche, Excecutive Director SBDF as the party arrived at P.J.I.A. while in transit.
They were later joined by Com. Mr. Xavier Blackman at a luncheon.
