The St. Martin Pony League is proud to announce that its player Felix Brown, now studying and playing baseball for the Ohio Dominican University has been selected by USAAI Baseball to be part of a selection that will attend the Goodwill games in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Felix Brown was selected together with three other players of the Ohio Dominican University Team. Felix just concluded playing in the NAIA 2009 baseball season for Ohio Dominican University where he batted for a .392 batting average, went to play in Canada with the WMBL League for the Cardinals, and batted for a leading .303 batting average. He excelled in both leagues and was an asset for both teams and was very much loved by fans, players and coaches. Felix also played in the 2003 and 2005 Kingdom games and formed part of the Netherlands Antillean selection that played the Haarlemse Honkbalweek in the Netherlands. On St. Martin Felix played shortstop for the Mets Access Team and completed the VWO at Milton Peters College.
