Five new persons that have recently joined the Civil Servants core of SXM took the oath of office & made the promise during a short ceremony that was held Tuesday October 6th 2009, in the Dr. Claud Wathey L.H., as it was read by Ms. Casandra Jansen and administered by Lt. Gov. Mr. Franklin Richards.
Commissioner Mr. Xavier Blackman welcomed them and presented each with a copy of the CS manual.
