Prior to the meeting informing the public and business owners on the Cannegieter Street in Philipsburg, of the beautification that would be taking place, comments and suggestions were taken and put into action before any construction could begin.
The meeting was said to be more fruitful and successful, seen that the community was involved in the plan.
