On Monday, September 14, 2009, a Central Committee meeting was held in the Claude Wathey Legislative Hall at the Government Administrative Building. The agenda points were the Codes of Conduct for civil servants and political functionaries; the establishment of the Ombudsman; the (New) Electoral Law; and the Registration and Financing of Political Parties.
Members of the council were given updates and recent developments concerning these agenda points. Some points will be discussed at a later time. Present at the meeting were: Chairman George Pantophlet, members of the Council: William Marlin, Theo Heyliger, Sarah Wescot-Williams, Roy Marlin, and Louie Laveist.
