The 4th annual Scotiabank St. Maarten AIDS Foundation (SAF) "Stronger Together" Red Ribbon Campaign was launched on Monday, August 31 2009 at 4:30pm at Scotiabank in Philipsburg.

Members of the Central and Island Governments we in attendance. Those who gave remarks during the launching was Mr.Elie Bendaly, Dr.Gerard Van Osch, Mr.Patrick Illidge, Mr.William Marlin, Commissioner of Health Mr.Hyacinth Richardson & Mrs.Suzette Mozes-Burton.
Mrs.Sarah Wescot-Williams, Mrs.Maria Buncamper Molanus, Mr.Xavier Blackman & Mr.Roy Marlin were also present to commemorate the event. Mrs.Maria Buncamper-Molanus also presented a check to the foundation. The event lasted for one hour, after which all attendees placed their ribbon on the board in Scotiabank.
