The third speaker to take the stand was Commissioner William Marlin, he addressed the warning from the Chairman.
Agenda point number 5 was taken up after the Commissioner.
The Island Council then voted for a New Chair Person of the Central Committee.
Council Man George Pantophlet was voted for that position, as there were 6 votes for.
