Installation of Community Council Number 4
President Louis Constant Fleming formely installed the members of the Council on Friday 13th June 2008 at the Maison des Entreprises in Concordia at 5:30 pm.
Ms.Rosette Gumbs Lake was voted President of the Concordia Community Council.
