Rafter Wetting Ceremony of New Government Building

On Tuesday February 5th 2008 at the new Government Building on Pond Island, a Rafter Wetting Ceremony took place at 2:00 pm. Commissioner Louie Laviest gave a speech and tour of the building. Below are pictures of the ceremony.
